Your caterer can help make your wedding, reception or other casual or formal event a success. When considering how to select a caterer, look at many factors. Consider the nature of the event, how formal it is, varieties of foods you wish to serve, and your budget.   Also consider issues such as how food is transported, who serves the food, and how and where it is prepared.  Choosing a caterer is an important decision when planning any catered event, and the food will certainly be remembered long after the day is past, so choose your caterer carefully to ensure a wonderful buffet or meal.

Main reception venues also provide catering service.  Check with individual venues for menu selections.  Please keep in mind that some guests may have allergies to foods. Seafood, peanut and kiwi allergies are life threatening to adults and children.  If any of guest do have allergies, menu substitutions and special preparation sites can sometimes be accommodated by the venue/caterer.
